報(bào)告題目:Stability Analysis and Control Design for Time-Delay Systems
報(bào)告摘要:In this talk, we consider the stability analysis issue of time-delay systems, which is one of hottest issues in control engineering for several decades because the time-delays are ubiquitous in real world. There is a new achievement in stability analysis of the time-delay system in the past few years. Novel developed results for the problem are introduced by presenting improved numerical results. Next, the non-fragile control is also considered for the time-delay system. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed methods.

施開(kāi)波,成都大學(xué)教授、青椒學(xué)者、電子科技大學(xué)博士、澳門(mén)大學(xué)博士后、現(xiàn)擔(dān)任國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目評(píng)審專(zhuān)家,四川省數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)專(zhuān)家、四川省科技青年聯(lián)合會(huì)理事,美國(guó)《數(shù)學(xué)評(píng)論》評(píng)論員以及《中國(guó)自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)》會(huì)員等。目前主要研究方向包括時(shí)滯系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)、混沌系統(tǒng),非線性系統(tǒng)與多智能系統(tǒng)控制理論及其應(yīng)用方面的研究。在《Fuzzy Sets and Systems》、《Information Sciences》、《International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control》以及IEEE Transactions系列匯刊等國(guó)際期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇。8篇學(xué)術(shù)入選ESI-TOP高被引論文(熱點(diǎn)論文4篇)。2018年獲得IET Control Theory & Applications 期刊的杰出評(píng)閱人。多次赴加拿大滑鐵盧大學(xué)、澳門(mén)大學(xué)等高校訪問(wèn)交流?,F(xiàn)主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)、四川省數(shù)學(xué)地質(zhì)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)開(kāi)放基金2項(xiàng),數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)四川省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、并參與多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)防裝備保障、國(guó)家973等工程應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目。目前還擔(dān)任《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》、《Information Sciences》、《Fuzzy Sets and Systems》、《International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control》等20余個(gè)國(guó)際SCI雜志論文評(píng)閱人。
