Bravely shoulder the mission of the times and stride towards a bright future. At 10 a.m. on January 10, the graduation ceremony and degree awarding ceremony for the 2024 master students of our school was held in the second lecture hall. All school leaders, members of the school degree evaluation committee, members of the master's degree evaluation subcommittee, graduate work office, leaders of the graduate education school in charge of training, degree program directors, degree program secretaries, graduate tutors, graduate students and their relatives and friends, and current students Graduate students attended the ceremony. The conference was chaired by Wei Kexiang, member of the Party Committee and Vice President.

Yi Bing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, expressed warm congratulations to the postgraduate students who successfully obtained their master's degrees. He acknowledged the fruitful achievements of the postgraduate students and thanked them for their contribution to the development of the school. He also expressed his wishes to everyone, hoping that everyone will be brave enough to take on the work and respond to the mission of the times. He expected that all the graduates will be confident, self-reliant and always maintain enthusiasm for innovation, thus becoming a builder, practitioner and promoter of the development of the times. He hoped that the students will forge ahead toward the new chapter of their life and a promising future since their graduation from HIE. They are supposed to show their talents and make great achievements on the new journey of building a strong country and national rejuvenation. He believed that they will use the youth power to build a better China and achieve the great dream of national rejuvenation.

On behalf of the masters’tutor, Liang Qiao asked the students to keep their bottom line, be true to themselves, have good faith, stick to their inner beliefs, and bravely embark on a new journey. Chen Kun, representative of graduate students and winner of the honorary title of "Star of Self-improvement of Chinese College Students", shared his inspirational story of studying at HIE and truly expressed his gratitude to his alma mater for his training and teachers' teachings. Zhou Wenjuan, a representative of the graduate students at the school, expressed her gratitude and blessings to the graduates, and said that she will follow the footprints of the graduates and continue to work hard to achieve something great.

The ceremony commended Hunan Province's outstanding master's thesis instructors, the school's outstanding master's thesis winners and their instructors, the president's award winners, and the school's outstanding master's graduates in 2024. Yi Bing read out the decision on awarding professional master's degrees, and completed the tassel-turning ceremony and awarded degree certificates.

Huang Xin, secretary of the school party committee, made a concluding speech. He expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the graduates who are about to start a new chapter in their lives, and gave them three instructions: First, he hoped that they would shoulder the responsibility ofbuilding a strong country and carry forward the cause created by the previous generation, continuing to push forward and write a chapter to respond to the call of the times and history; Secondly, I hope they will work up the initiative to be the one who makes contributions, contributing to social progress and economic development and fulfilling the dream of building a powerful country. The third hope is that they will be grateful for their alma mater and work hand in hand with their alma mater to create a better future.

After taking the graduation photo, the graduates accomplished their master studies and they will begin another new journey. Hopefully, the students will set out from HIE to a promising future, and write a new chapter in their youth, playing their part in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
