Qi Luliang, male, Ph.D. in Management, is a member of the Communist Party of China, and associate professor.
He is the Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of Hunan Institute of Engineering; presides over the work of the Disciplinary Committee; responsible for the disciplinary inspection and supervision work; in charge of the Disciplinary Committee Division; coordinates Supervision Division; and liaises with College of Foreign Languages, Physical Education Department, and Agricultural and Industrial Branch.
