Lou Binglin, male, Master in Management, is a member of the Communist Party of China,  and professor. He is the ministry-level academic talent and outstanding scientific youth; the member of Chinese Enterprise Soft-Landing Academic Research Committee; the member of Application-oriented Economics and Management Textbook for Undergraduate Education Committee; the vice president of Hunan Management Science Academic Association; the vice president of Hunan Scientific Research Management Association and the vice president of Xiangtan Social Science Federation.

Lou is the school-level teaching supervisor of HIE and takes charge of the Alumni Office (Secretariat of the Alumni Education Development Foundation).
